One of my favorite finds has been Zoodles! I truly could be happy replacing pasta with them for good. I love the texture, the way they take on the flavor of whatever you pair them with. I bought my spiralizer from Amazon. It is easy to use, clean and safe. (I may have sliced my finger, but that is not because it was not safe, it was because I was distracted.)
Today I sauteed onion and then added shredded cabbage, spiralized carrots and zucchini and seasoned with Mrs Dash table blend and Jane’s Crazy Mixed Up Salt. The key is to not overcook the zucchini, just add them at the very end and warm.
Tomorrow I will use them to make zucchini patties/fritters/laktes.
